Duties:

  • Assessing personal skills and interests through interviews
  • Writing career literature and reports
  • Advising on applications, interviews, and CVs
  • Keeping up to date with training requirements and routes
  • Reporting to other stakeholders regarding the efforts and successes of the organization through career advise
  • Continuing to iterate ways to improve performance and efficiency

Job Title : Business Development Executive

Minimum Salary Offered : £39000

Position : Permanent

Duties :

  • Familiarity with all products and services offered by the Business
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and marketing
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
  • Advise directors on business development, sales and marketing

Duties :

  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Ensuring that the sales team meets their goals
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans
  • Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting improvements to achieve the marketing
  • Gathering market data and trends
  • Implementing new sales plans
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, and maintaining personal and professional networks
